2. Your battery is broken. As lead acid battery has a limited service life. If your battery has been used for over 12 months or unused for 2-3 months, your battery might be broken.
In this situation, the charger LED will show green – no charging as battery is dead. You can test our charger with another device, or check your battery with another charger.
3. Our charger is defective, in this case, please inform us, we will make a full refund or send a replacement.
