EXCELLENT= Like New
GREAT = Normal wear - no cracks, chips, etc.
GOOD.= May show some utensil marks but no chips, cracks, etc.
FAIR = Has small imperfection that will be listed and pictures included.
We sometimes list imperfect pieces of antique, vintage and discontinued china. Even though these items may have an imperfection it can still displayed in a cabinet or display. We would not recommend them to used for food or liquid if it has a hairline crack.
We list items individually for your convenience, but we are always willing to combine items together for shipping discounts.  Most times we can safely combine multiple items into one larger box to SAVE Shipping $$.
We pack very carefully, but even then sometimes breakage happens.  Any shipping/transit issues, please contact us right away and we will file an insurance claim and promptly resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
We do accept returns. Returns - Buyer pays all shipping including returns.  Item must be returned in same condition received
