Nice colorful finished punch needle piece.  Unsure of age but, looks to be vintage.  Great craftsman ship done on the whole piece
See photos as they are part of the description.  The finished punch needle piece is taped into the frame and does come out.  The piece measures 5" x 7" and when in the frame it measures 6 1/2" x 8 1/2". There is no glass on the piece.  The artist used a heavy plastic to cover the finished work.  You could easily remove and use nothing or replace in style of your choosing.
No fading, snags, or issues with the piece
